These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SheetBrain, a Google Sheets add-on provided by SheetBrain ("we", "our", "us"). By installing or using SheetBrain, you agree to these Terms.
SheetBrain is an AI-powered Google Sheets add-on that generates, explains, and debugs spreadsheet formulas from natural language descriptions. The service is provided as-is and relies on third-party AI models to generate responses.
SheetBrain requires a Google account to function. By installing the add-on, you authorize SheetBrain to access your Google account email and limited spreadsheet metadata as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, usage limits, or plan features with reasonable notice.
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

SheetBrain uses AI to generate formulas and explanations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all formulas before using them in your spreadsheets. We are not liable for any data loss, incorrect calculations, or other issues arising from AI-generated formulas.
SheetBrain and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SheetBrain and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Formulas generated for you through the service are yours to use freely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetBrain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any interruptions in service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to SheetBrain at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the add-on.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of SheetBrain after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
