This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to SheetBrain.
SheetBrain Pro is billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the next renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. No cancellation fee is charged.
Payments for active billing periods are generally non-refundable. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time, unused AI calls, or mid-cycle cancellations.
If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or billed after a valid cancellation, contact us within 7 calendar days of the charge at support@sheetbrain.app. If we confirm a duplicate or incorrect charge, we may issue a refund to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. The time it takes for the amount to appear depends on your payment provider, card issuer, or bank.
