Send spreadsheets with confidence

Before you hand a workbook to a manager, client, or auditor, SheetBrain scans it and gives you a one-click review packet — a short summary of what it found and what you reviewed. The packet you share carries counts and status only: no formulas, values, or headers.

Free to install. Works with any Google account, including free Gmail.

A sample review packet

This is the whole thing — the exact text you copy and paste into your handoff after a workbook scan. No attachment, no link back into your sheet.

Privacy: this packet contains only counts and status — no formulas, cell values, column headers, sheet contents, or finding explanations.

That's the entire output. The reader sees how thorough the pass was — never what's inside the workbook.

What the packet never reveals

The packet you share is built from aggregate counts and approved status text only. By construction, sheet contents can't reach it.

No formulas

The packet never carries a formula or its pattern — only counts of what was flagged.

No cell values

Raw numbers, names, amounts, and dates are never read into the summary.

No headers or sheet contents

Column headers, sheet names, and tab structure are never included.

Counts and status only

Just totals, your review progress, and cautious next steps — no finding explanations.

The packet is a guidance handoff, not a clean bill of health. It reports what the scan checked and what you reviewed — it never certifies a workbook as correct.

How it works

Three steps, then a single click to copy the packet.

1

Scan your sheets

Open the SheetBrain sidebar and run Scan on each sheet. It flags broken references, mixed text and numbers, duplicate lookup keys, missing formulas, and visible errors — see exactly what Scan flags on the demo workbook.

2

Review and fix what's flagged

Work through each finding, apply the fixes you agree with, and mark the rest as reviewed. SheetBrain tracks your progress as you go.

3

Copy the review packet

One click builds the packet above and copies it to your clipboard. Paste it into an email, a Slack message, or a doc — and share the workbook with confidence.

See it on a real workbook

Copy the demo workbook with five planted issues, run Scan, and generate your first review packet in under two minutes.
